Dinner at Steak Escape

I was sick and so, Joms and I went home early. But before that, we had a side trip to Shangri-la Plaza Mall to eat dinner so that I could drink my medicine.

We decided to eat at the food court since we have no idea what to eat that night. We ended up ordering at Steak Escape. It is a small stall in the food court where they serve sizzling food in a hot sizzling plate.

We ordered a Sizzling Pork Chop and A Sizzling Frankfurter and Salisbury Steak.

The food was served sizzling hot that you need to distant yourself from the plate to prevent you from being burned. It was served with Java rice and some mixed vegetables on the side. The mixed vegetables were just a spoonful. The rice however were plenty and the sauce that they add on the meat taste good with it. The only problem with it is that you need it while it is still hot because the sauce thickens as the plate goes cold. It was impossible to eat it right away since it was really really hot so in the end, it taste not that good anymore.

The meal was just right for me to drink my medicine. The meal was also cheap and is good for those saving up money just like us.

I really didn’t appreciate the food this time since I have a different taste that day because of my colds. But on ordinary days, It was ok, just right if you’re really really hungry. It was nice though for rainy weather just like that night.
